Background

After leaving her career in Information Technology and Training in the City, our Founder, Stephanie, started her own pet business in 2005. She launched the UK’s first organic pet treat bakery, an award-winning Pet Boutique and Café, a pet walking and sitting agency, two Pet Grooming Salons – including the prestigious and famous Pet Spa in Harrods – and a pet grooming Training Academy.

With celebrity pet owners and cutting edge services Stephanie won Essex Business of The Year (2009), was Southend Business Woman of The Year Finalist (2010) and her London salon was voted No.1 Pet Spa in the UK by Time Out Magazine (2013). But it wasn’t all plain sailing. There were good times and bad times, bills piling up, cashflow running dry! She worked hard, won a few rounds, lost a few and made some rookie mistakes…but that means she knows how YOU can sidestep the obstacles to success.
