Vanity FurPet Grooming Salon Website Revamp
This award-winning local business didn’t want to waste a lot of money on their website, they already had a site but it wasn’t representing how their brand had changed and it wasn’t bringing in new customers.
The Company had a logo and brand palette and were just looking for a website revamp.Having the ability to have visitors subscribe to newsletters and free downloads such as their e-book “how to groom your pet at home” was also important.
The also needed good content to enhance their visibility in Search Engines and to drive more traffic to their website locally.
At The Pet Business Academy we gave the owners a choice of suitable designs, worked with them to create the look they wanted and transferred over all their content.
We created and connected their social media accounts, connected their Mailchimp Opt-in system so they could sign up visitors for their new free e-book, and set up their Woocommerce shop ready to take payments.
We set up a Blog for them, took content from their archives and created the first two posts to get them going.
Vanity Fur is an award-winning pet grooming salon & spa in Essex. It has been in business since 2007, and its website was 10 years old. The site desperately needed a revamp having not been updated for many years.
- Mobile Sales 52% 52%
- Website Traffic 61% 61%
- Conversion Rate 68% 68%
- Email Subscribers 73% 73%
The owners of Vanity Fur were absolutely amazed at the impact their new website had on traffic to their site. They saw a 73% increase in subscribers and a 61% increase in traffic to their site. AND all for a low-cost investment!
Vanity Fur’s old website wasn’t responsive at all. You could hardly see the images and text on a mobile device. There new site is fully responsive on PC, Tablet and Mobile so wherever their customers are they can access the Vanity Fur site.
Rebuilt From the Inside Out
The old site was written in a web developer language which meant that every change the owners wanted to make had to be done through the web company they were signed up to. This meant any change = £££! Which is just not practical or economical for a small business today.
In order to help Vanity Fur’s owners understand how they are doing online we produce a monthly Performance Report as part of our Monthly Support Plan. This is a quick and easy way to monitor their online presence.
